EVERYONE who works here is VERY professional and VERY knowledgeable. From the doctors to the technicians, to the front desk staff - ALL are great! I also love the fact that there is NOT a staff turnover. My mother and I have been patients for years and we have been seeing the same trusted doctor (Dr. Roupas), and the same trusted dental hygienist (Monica), for years and we have been happy for years. The girl at check in was super sweet, and today Chloe cleaned my teeth and I got to meet Tish, another hygienist during my appointment. Everyone is ALWAYS pleasant. Always call you back by your scheduled appointment time. Communication between patient and Mint hill dentistry is GREAT! Listens to patient needs. I haven’t been bounced around to see different dentist. I’ve seen the same dental dentist since being a patient at Mint hill dentistry. The office is super clean, the dental assistants are extra nice and attentive. It’s truly all about the patient.

I spent about 3 hours at Mint Hill Dentistry today, Started off with a cleaning and then a root canal. I really dread going to the dentist but today went better than expected. Jeri did my cleaning, made me feel at ease and did a great job. Doctors Roupas and his assistant Tiffany did my root canal. They did a great job!! From beginning to end, not at all like some of their horror stories I heard from other people. They really care and take care of you.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas.
I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas’ slow and steady hand, his and Amy’s patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

The absolute best and most honest place I've been to get dental work I'd give it 10 stars if it were an option Dr. Burd is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I was told by another dentist I had a cracked tooth and would need an extraction then a bridge (very expensive) and went here for a second opinion and found out I only had a cracked filling. I highly recommend to everyone to give these people your business and become part of the family at Mint Hill Dentistry!!!
