Thank you Dr. Fremont and Liz - HygienistOffice location and parking lot conveniently located. Receptionist greets us upon entry. Modern facility and comfortable waiting room. Restroom always clean and stocked supplies. Hygienist Liz walks you back at your appointment time. Ex rays taken health updates records updated and protective glasses provided. Liz has 40 years experience and is focused on providing a great customer experience. Dr. Fremont reviews ex-rays and patient history before reviewing hygienists work and through inspection. Everyone works well together with another person making future appointments. Finally; Liz provides take home bag containing future appointments reminders, new tooth brush, toothpaste, floss and lip balm. Check out is a breeze they file insurance claim for us and away we go….So if professionalism is important to you - this is where you should have your dental care done.Sincere Thank you!Sonnie and Patty McRae

I had an infected painful tooth, we recently moved here to NC, Mint Hill Dentistry took me right away, did a fantastic job, feel much better. The most wonderful thing is, how many dentist call you personally to see how your doing?? This place sure did. What a wonderful place!! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I been going to this practice for over 30 years so that statement alone speaks volumns. The front end staff is friendly and helpful and my hygienist is awesome as I see her the most. The dentist I saw has retired and I am just getting to know his replacement, but I am sure that he will not disappoint. I would highly recommend this practice

I have been coming to Mint Hill family dentistry for a few years now. I have always had confidence in your work.For some reason as I’ve gotten older, I seem to be having trouble with dry mouth. This time with the cleaning, there was a lot of scraping along the gum lines, it was incredibly uncomfortable for me. I’m sure the person cleaning my teeth had a difficult time dealing with my squirming and other results of the scraping. For this, I do apologize. I’m sure she would have wanted to spend more time cleaning the teeth instead of scraping along the gum line.I have ordered a mouthwash for dry mouth and hopefully next time it will be better.

Mint Hill dentistry has the best dentist, hygienist, and staff you could ask for. I’ve been coming here for 20 something years and even moved away years ago, but still drive over an hour to come back. It’s totally worth every minute and mile driven to receive this kind of service. Yeah

I had an appointment at 7:50 am. My dental hygienist came to meet me at exactly 7:50 and I had my teeth cleaned and saw my dentist and was out by 8:35. Professional, courteous and an all-around great experience!

Kristin was so sweet and personable! She checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and explained everything she was doing. Highly recommended!

The staff, from receptionists to the hygienist to the Dr. were amazing. They listened to my needs. They “talked to me” and took the time to provide information that let me participate in the treatment plan.

If you're looking for a dentist, I have a recommendation: Dr. Roupas at Mint Hill Dentistry.
I was referred to him by someone who works for a dentistry lab, after I had gone to a very 'hoity-toity' dentist for a veneer consult and was sorely disappointed by the attitude, customer no-service and assembly line treatment.
Dr. Roupas did my veneers 8 years ago. So happy with them!
And he did my root canal today... made an emergency appointment yesterday and stayed late to do it.
I got a phone call at 8:30 tonight to make sure I was doing ok.
This is the type of dentist and dental care you want!

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas.
I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas’ slow and steady hand, his and Amy’s patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Sullivan for over 45 years now. This is the only Dentist office I have ever known. Dr's Byrd and Roupus are top notch too. I am grateful to have this team in care of my teeth and mouth.

I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. He fixed it and I’m very pleased. Not the slightest of pain as he was taking out the old filling and replacing with a new filling, unlike the place I went before. Finding them is a true gem. I will never ever go to any place else. My 12 year will now be going. Thank you Dr. E Sullivan and Ms. Michelle. Highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.

The absolute best and most honest place I've been to get dental work I'd give it 10 stars if it were an option Dr. Burd is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I was told by another dentist I had a cracked tooth and would need an extraction then a bridge (very expensive) and went here for a second opinion and found out I only had a cracked filling. I highly recommend to everyone to give these people your business and become part of the family at Mint Hill Dentistry!!!
