Dr. Earle Sullivan

Dr Sullivan is a native of Charlotte. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, Dr. Sullivan studied anesthesiology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He formerly held the position of Chief of Dentistry at Carolinas Medical Center where he was a member of the teaching staff and was on staff with senior attending status. Dr Sullivan is a current Adjunct Professor of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He has attended the world-renowned Pankey Institute and Dawson Institute for continued education.

Dr Sullivan understands the importance of continuing his education in dentistry and has dedicated his professional life to learning about the newest technologies and techniques in dentistry. He is passionate about his patients and strives to make every dental visit relaxing and informative.

I had an appointment at 7:50 am. My dental hygienist came to meet me at exactly 7:50 and I had my teeth cleaned and saw my dentist and was out by 8:35. Professional, courteous and an all-around great experience!

No one enjoys going to the dentist, especially for serious and complicated treatments, but I am thankful that Mint Hill Dentistry is here to help me during such times. From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed with the facility and every person I encountered. I dread the procedures to come but I feel confident that I will receive the most professional and up to date treatment available today. I feel less stressed after speaking to the doctor and staff and all my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction before I left. This was my first visit to this dentist. The staff was excellent from front to the back. My doctor great, he spent time with me talking about what was going on with my teeth. During that time, I never had the feeling that he had to see other patients. His beside manner was fantastic. I will be returning.
