Dr. Earle Sullivan

Dr Sullivan is a native of Charlotte. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, Dr. Sullivan studied anesthesiology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He formerly held the position of Chief of Dentistry at Carolinas Medical Center where he was a member of the teaching staff and was on staff with senior attending status. Dr Sullivan is a current Adjunct Professor of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He has attended the world-renowned Pankey Institute and Dawson Institute for continued education.

Dr Sullivan understands the importance of continuing his education in dentistry and has dedicated his professional life to learning about the newest technologies and techniques in dentistry. He is passionate about his patients and strives to make every dental visit relaxing and informative.

I was very pleased with all with whom I interacted at Mint Hill Dentistry! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was quite impressed with Dr. Rupas. He was very informative and it was very easy to communicate with him. I also was impressed with Dr. Troutman, whom I saw this week. Everyone has been great! I definitely recommend Mint Hill Dentistry!
Update - Dr. Ellen was the one I saw today, and I was very pleased with all her work and all the information she gave me!
I highly recommend everyone of the doctors!

First timer and had a great experience. Madison was great! They explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions. I very much appreciated that they saw an issue, but provided a solution on how to move forward! I felt like I was in good hands!

This is the best place to go! I strongly recommend them to everyone!!!They will tell you exactly what you need. So honest doctors I haven’t met in years! I wish there would be more places like this one.

Overall a 5 - very nice offices and staff. Tracy very friendly & helpful. The 360-degree x-ray machine was fast and comfortable. I was disappointed that I need to return for consultation with dentist; was hoping to get some high-level expectations of needed procedures.

I have been a dental patient since 1995. I have moved to the opposite side of town, but drive to Mint Hill because I love Tisha my hygienist, dentist and staff!!!

Office location and parking lot conveniently located. Receptionist greets us upon entry. Modern facility and comfortable waiting room. Restroom always clean with stocked supplies. Hygienist walks you back at your appointment time. Health records updated and protective glasses provided. Experienced staff focused on providing a great customer experience Everyone works together making future appointments. Finally; provides take home bag containing future appointments reminders, new tooth brush, toothpaste, floss and lip balm. Check out is a breeze they file insurance claim for us and away we go….
So if professionalism is important to you - this is where you should have your dental care done.
