Dr. Earle Sullivan

Dr Sullivan is a native of Charlotte. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, Dr. Sullivan studied anesthesiology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He formerly held the position of Chief of Dentistry at Carolinas Medical Center where he was a member of the teaching staff and was on staff with senior attending status. Dr Sullivan is a current Adjunct Professor of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He has attended the world-renowned Pankey Institute and Dawson Institute for continued education.

Dr Sullivan understands the importance of continuing his education in dentistry and has dedicated his professional life to learning about the newest technologies and techniques in dentistry. He is passionate about his patients and strives to make every dental visit relaxing and informative.

Mint Hill Dentistry has become my new dentist as of a year ago. Dr. Sullivan and his staff have welcomed me warmly. I appreciate all of the kindness and non judgmental treatment I receive. My teeth are extremely sensitive to metal so I require sedation for my cleanings and all dental work. I am thrilled and thankful for my new dentist. Now I eagerly go to the dentist every six months .🤗❤️

I had an appointment at 7:50 am. My dental hygienist came to meet me at exactly 7:50 and I had my teeth cleaned and saw my dentist and was out by 8:35. Professional, courteous and an all-around great experience!

Always a wonderful experience! The staff are very nice and helpful while also not being overbearing like some people can get. The hygienists do a great job and explain well while also listening to what you need. Doesn’t feel like a regular office which is so pleasant.

This office has one of the most professional atmospheres of any doctors office that I have visited. From the greeting to the exit I was treated with the attention that made me feel like a valued patient. My cleaning was done with care. They listened to my concerns and treated me like family. The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. He fixed it and I’m very pleased. Not the slightest of pain as he was taking out the old filling and replacing with a new filling, unlike the place I went before. Finding them is a true gem. I will never ever go to any place else. My 12 year will now be going. Thank you Dr. E Sullivan and Ms. Michelle. Highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.
